<p>Board the Druk Airways flight to land in Bhutan, the land of silent dragon. Upon arrival at Paro airport, complete the immigration and custom facilities followed by assisted transfer to the hotel by our representative. In the evening, take a stroll around the main market. Stay overnight at the hotel in Paro.</p>

Day 2 :
Paro

<p>Post breakfast in the morning, set off to visit the National Museum (Ta Dzong) followed by a leisurely walk to visit Rinpung Dzong. In the afternoon, visit the Drukgyel Dzong, the ruined fortress where Bhutanese deterred several invasions by Tibetan armies. Thereafter, visit the traditional farm house for a meeting with local people. In the evening, pay a visit to the Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines in Bhutan. Stay overnight at the hotel in Paro.</p>

<p>Post breakfast in the morning, head straight to Thimpu, the present capital of Bhutan. On the way, halt in Chuzom to see the confluence of Paro and Thimpu river. Thereafter, visit Simtokha Dzong, a school for Buddhist studies nearby Thimpu. In the afternoon, visit King’s Memorial Chorten, Trashichhodzong, Handicrafts Emporium, Textile and Folk Heritage Museum and the local market. Stay overnight at the hotel in Thimpu.</p>

<p>In the morning, embark on a sightseeing tour of Thimpu which include Painting School, National Library and Traditional Medical Institute. Post lunch, hit the road to Punakha. On the way, halt at Dochula Pass (3,050 meters). Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit Punakha Dzong, the 17th century fortress followed by a visit to the Khamsm Yulley Namgyal Chorten. Stay overnight at the hotel in Punakha.</p>

<p>Post breakfast in the morning, take a road journey to Gangtey via Wangduephodrang. Thereafter, visit Wangdue Dzong and the local market. Later, drive past dense forests to reach Gangtey. In the evening, stroll around the Gangtey village and visit Gangtey Gompa. Stay overnight at the Guest House.</p>

<p>In the morning, explore the famous Phobjikha valley, known for the Black Necked Cranes. Post lunch, hit the road to Trongsa crossing 3,300 meter high Pele la pass. In the evening, visit Trongsa market. Stay overnight at the lodge in Trongsa.</p>

<p>In the morning, visit Trongsa Dzong, a Bhutanese architectural marvel followed by Ta Dzong, a watch tower built to defend the surrounding region. Post lunch, head straight to Bumthang. The evening is free for individual activities. Stay overnight at the lodge in Bumthang.</p>

Day 8 :
Bumthang

<p>The day 8 is scheduled for the sightseeing tour of Bumthang- the combination of four prominent valleys- Chumey, Choekhor, Tang and Ura. Start your tour with a visit to Tamshing Lhakhang, the repertoire of religious Buddhist paintings, and Jakar Dzong. In the afternoon, visit Kurje Lhakhang, a sacred place, Jambay Lhakhang, an ancient Buddhist monastery. In the evening, visit the local shops. Stay overnight at the lodge in Bumthang.</p>

<p>Start your day with a visit to the Bumthang market followed by a road trip to Thimpu. On the way, have lunch at one of the famous restaurants in Trongsa town. On the way, take a short break for tea/coffee at Wangduephodrang and proceed towards Thimpu. On reaching Thimpu, check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.</p>

<p>Post breakfast in the morning, hit the road to Paro. Later, embark on a sightseeing trip to Taktsang Monastery. As per the legend, Guru Padsambhava visited this place flying on the back of a tigress and meditated here for a long time. Stay overnight at the hotel in Paro.</p>

Day 11 :
Paro Depart

<p>Post breakfast in the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport to board flight for onward destination. </p>
